My Siberian Husky, Dakota, slipped out of the fence last night in the Mt. Hope/ East Henrietta Road area. I live on Redfern Drive. He is Black, White, mid-size, super friendly with bright blue eyes. Found a Black and White Cat: Short body, big head, small ears, Head all black except on top lip, both sides of the lip are white. Looks like he has a white mustash. Chest and belly are white and the four paws are white. Found Lexington and Mt.Reed area (Rochester, Gates ,Greese, Area) I think hes male, that has been neutred. Short hair and sweet as can be. Our dog slipped through the fence and has not returned. She has been missing since Sunday. She is a petite girl with a dark coat (looks like a mini German Shepherd). Can anyone help this bird find its way home? A tropical bird (in the
parakeet family) flew down off my garage and landed on my shoulder.
The bird is very friendly and likes to sit on anyone's shoulder. He
was extremely hungry and thirsty when he found me. I have called Vets
and Pet stores but no one has any information on this bird. He is
wearing an ankle band but everyone I have spoken to says it is just a
breeder's band and doesn't help identify the bird's family. No one is
familiar with this particular breeder band either. I have checked the
newspaper and local bulletin boards to see if anyone is missing a pet
bird but have come up with nothing. This bird is currently living in
my spare bedroom (with my 2 dogs and cat camped outside the door). He
is a very nice and an extremely beautiful bird and I would like to
help him find his home. I live in Gates-Chili which is where he found
me. If anyone has any info or can help this bird find his home or

My name is Irina Dyatel. I had recently lost my German shepherd female dog named Nala. She was lost around the Niagara Falls/Wheatfield/Sanborn/Tuscarora Indian Reservation area... but she could be ANYWHERE! I already checked with the Niagara County SPCA but with no luck there.
She went missing around Jan 15th.. Over a week ago. and I was wondering if it would be possible that she ended up in Rochester.
She's a dark German shepherd dog with two distinct light patches of fur on her chest, right above her two front legs. She also has a white patch of fur beneath her tail, right around her behind. Her name is Nala and if you say "Where's the ball!??!" to her she will attempt to locate it. She's about 4 years old and is already graying.

Hello,
I’m trying to find my cat who went missing between midnight Tues Aug22 and 6 AM the following morning , Wed. Aug. 23. Buckwheat is an older Seal Point Birman – no tags as he (and the others) regularly lose them! He’s about 16 years old and getting thin due to illness – needs his medication. Off white with dark brown “point” markings on back, tail, face/head, and legs with bright blue eyes and four white paws. Missing most of his teeth due to getting rolled by a car 10+ years ago before I took him in. Any info would be most appreciated. Attached is a photo of Buckwheat. Found on August 8: Beautiful, young orange and white cat in the East Walworth/Marion area, north of 441. Has been hanging around the neighborhood for a while. White with large orange spots over his back and a tiger tail. We believe this cat is a neutered male but have not yet verified that with a vet. Very, very friendly, affectionate, talkative and playful. Follows people everywhere and demands lots of attention. Has decided to stay on the front porch where he eats and sleeps, never wanders far. Must have been either lost or dumped off -- very used to being around people and in fact does not want to be alone at all. If we could, we would keep this one -- but several other prevailing pets in the household prevent that, plus we think someone misses him a lot. Call Deb or Duane at (315) 524 - 3834.

Lost: Beautiful, white male cat with a large black patch down his back and complete black tail and two small black patches on his head behind his ears. His name is Star, he has been neutered and declawed in the front only. We believe the kids (3+5) left the door open and he got out Monday afternoon or evening and we realized he was missing yesterday morning. We live at 7408 College Street, Lima, NY 14485. He got out twice before in the last year, but came out from under the neighbor’s deck when I called him, so I am sure someone picked him up. We searched the neighborhood last night and didn’t find him, so I don’t believe he was hit by a car. If you find him or someone turns him in please call any time of the day or night. We miss him dearly as does his sister Patch.
Also, if you know of other places we should contact incase someone turned him in please let me know.

Please keep you eyes and ears open for a stray Jack Russell Terrier in the Charlotte/Greece area. He is a cutdown broken coated Jack named Zeus who scaled the fence on Weston Rd in hot pursuit of a woodchuck.
He is VERY skeptical of strangers and even more so of men and dark haired people. LOVES BLONDE LADIES. He got out Monday 7/31/06 around 3PM. He is known to get on the railroad tracks behind Charlotte Appliance and go thru the underpass to the west side of Lake Ave. If you see him and can get him in your yard PLEASE CALL Nancy at 267-0414 or Dawn at 865-3248 w or 581-1271 h.
He is up to date on all his shots and he goes to Greece Animal hospital on Latta Rd if he is injured and needs care.

Our cat has been missing since 7/8/06. Last seen at our home off of Shoecraft Road on the Penfield/Webster border. She is a predominately white long hair with a brownish tail and large brownish patches on her head/face and back. She is an old girl of 17 but she looks much younger. Schatzie is a Rottweiler. She's an older dog with a sweet, young face. she
is black and tan-almost perfect markings for this breedwith a docked tail
and ears. She has a flat black growth on her back thigh that you can feel
but her collar was wedged off in the accident I think because it was still
in the car. she is also missing her upper mammary from cancer this past
year. She was 115 lbs. but has been missing for 7 days now so that
obviously could be different.
I lost her in a bad car accident on I-87at 1:38 am 7/1/06 where the car
flipped and I lost consciousness for a little while. She was thrown or
jumped from the car thru the broken windows just below Exit 20 (Queensbury/
Lake George area) and did not come when I woke and called out for her- then
I was taken in the ambulance and promised a dog officer would be called in.
I objected and wanted to find her THEN but it was not allowed in my
condition (WHich was not bad- fortunately)
I was passing thru moving from Sullivan county to Lake Placid where I am
stranded now without a car and can't get to the scene to look for her as
often as I would like, although I did come down twice a day for the first 5
days. I put out flyers but not enough I realize now. NOW I am just counting
on the help of everyonne I contacted and hope you can get the word out and
tell more people who can help. I have not had many leads but maybe a
spotting last monday near exit 15. She MAY be heading south based on that
info (northbound side of the northway where the accident happened) but I can
not be sure. I also got a call that a Rottie was hit and killed near
Ticonderoga on July4th but can not get any more info about that except this
Rottie had brown spots all over her- I got that call today and am going to
call highway patrol asap. All the police in the surrounding areas have
been informed (I hope I told them ALL I can't be sure though) as well as as
many shelters and dog officers I could get numbers for. I am having trouble
finding numbers for them above Lake George area though- maybe you cabn help
with that.
Schatzie is VERY sweet and approachable and will forget all her troubles for
american cheese but hates those icky dog bones and bacon strips they sell in
stores.

Timmy pushed the screen out of the window at his new house and now he is no where to be found... Please those of you in the Penfield area helps us find Timmy. He is listed in Bugsy..already.
Timmy is an orange tiger cat about 9lbs with a white spot on his belly and his chin he is a fixed male and in the tip of his tail there is a kink he was not wearing a collar. He was lost in Penfield, NY at 37 devonshire circle 14526 on 5/26/2006. Photo is attached.
